Welcome to ToyX! By using our platform, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ToyX, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ToyX. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You may not share your account with others.

4. Listings & Exchanges

• ToyX facilitates toy exchanges between users. We are not a party to any exchange agreement.
• Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
• Exchanges are conducted directly between users. ToyX is not liable for disputes.

5. Prohibited Items & Acceptable Use

Users may only list children's toys and related items. Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

• Weapons or toy weapons that look like real firearms
• Flammable or hazardous materials
• Broken or unsafe items
• Medicine or medical products
• Adult-themed items

ToyX reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these safety standards.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users.
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• Attempting to circumvent safety features or moderation actions.
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose.

7. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy

ToyX may offer premium features or paid boosts such as "Listing Boosts" or "Premium Subscriptions." All payments are processed securely through Paystack.

Refund & Dispute Policy for Digital Services

Payments made to ToyX for "Listing Boosts" or "Premium Subscriptions" are for digital services rendered immediately. Refunds are only issued in the event of a technical failure where the service was not delivered. Users must contact support@toyxchange.online within 7 days of the transaction to log a dispute.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they post. By posting, you grant ToyX a license to display your content on the platform. ToyX's name, logo, and brand are our intellectual property.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your data.

10. Moderation & Enforcement

ToyX reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms. We may remove content at our discretion. Users may report violations through the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

ToyX is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the platform, including failed exchanges or disputes between users.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via the platform.
